  • EJ Smith Construction is a premier DFW Metroplex based, African-American-owned CM/GC with in-house self-performing concrete capabilities in both the commercial building and civil sectors. EJ Smith Construction has been integrally involved in managing the DISD Bond Program from providing on-site supervision, quality control, cost estimating and contract management for the Program since 2021.

  • Post L Group specializes in K-12 construction and has been successful in completing multiple projects with DISD, as well as other local districts including Fort Worth, Lancaster, Garland and Arlington. K-12 accounts for more than 65% of their work, having complete more than 25 local District projects in the last year alone. Nearly all of Post L Group’s K-12 work has been on occupied campuses, giving them the experience needed to operate in a constrained urban area.
